‘At the end of the Spring Term College House held its traditional House Celebration; the Heads of House created beautiful sashes for each girl (and staff!) celebrating their individual talents which was a wonderful way to mark the occasion.’
Contact the Elderly
On Sunday 13th March College House hosted their final tea party of the term for Contact the Elderly. It was a great success, with girls and visitors commenting on what a lovely time was had by all, with one visitor calling it a ‘truly unique experience’. Another visitor said that meeting girls from overseas had changed her outlook on life, which was a lovely compliment to the girls.
Next term School House will take over running the tea parties. We hope that this new tradition will continue long into the future.
College Go-Carting trip
Great fun was had by all on this popular trip. It was fantastic! Jen Choy won, Vivien Huang came second and Alexa Sanchez in School House came third.
Charity Fund-Raising
In order to raise money for Nasteho, who lives in Somaliland, College House recently held an open mic night. The girls were entertained by each other singing, dancing, doing magic tricks and playing various instruments including the piano and accordion. The night was hugely successful and raised £36 towards our goal of £200.
