The Mount excels again!!
At The Mount School we are celebrating another bumper crop of A level results. Twins Catherine and Rose Alexander are delighted that they each have 3 A grades and have secured their places at their chosen Universities to study English. Sylvia Wan has 5 A grades and is going to read Medical Engineering while Yifan Li is off to Oxford University for Mathematics with her 4 A grades. Abbi Matthews, our international fencer, chose to study Biology. She has achieved her place with 3 A grades. 46% of girls have at least 3 A grades and almost all are into their chosen universities.
Appointment of new Headmistress September 2009
The School Committee (of Governors) are delighted to announce the appointment of a new Head teacher, Ms Julie Lodrick, who will take up the post in 2009.
