Our Resident Boarding Assistant, Ms Passmore has kindly offered a glimpse into the lives of our boarding pupils once the school day ends. The girls are able to utilise the variety of facilities available to them after prep, and continually hone their crafts beyond the classroom.
Eleanore, in Year 8, and her boarding friends have been enjoying practising dance in the evenings, making the most of the stage. Eleanore has been teaching some of the Year 10’s, 11’s, and College girls what she has been learning in her dance lessons with Miss Newman. She and Emily danced the night away in a touching moment in which the youngest and oldest girls in the house were captured having fun and spending their evening together in this extension of the boarding house.
College II pupil, Nessa, who is part of the school orchestra and choir, found a golden acoustic outside of the school hall. She is pictured here practising her recorder and enjoying the natural sounds of the building one evening last week, in preparation for her performance in the inaugural Choc Lunch Concert of the academic year.
