Great Get Together BBQ

S7 girls are organising a Great Get Together BBQ and Dress Up Day in memory of the late Jo Cox MP on Friday 16 June.  Funds raised will be donated to the George Toplis Foundation, which is one of the school’s official charities this year.

The dress code is to wear an item of clothing that is red, or white.

S7 girls said, “We knew what had happened to Jo Cox, and that her husband wanted everyone to get together to celebrate her life, so we thought, ‘Why not do something nice for the whole school?’ and have organised this BBQ.

“We hope the weather is nice, and that everyone has a fun time. Do remember to bring your picnic blankets!”
