Inter-house Land Art Competition

Junior School pupils from Reception through to Year 6 once again took part in our Inter-house Land Art Competition.

Using natural materials, the girls created patterns and imagery to gain points for their houses. The youngest competitors from our reception class were especially excited to discover all the different colours they could find as they headed outside to gather leaves and other interesting materials.

Unfortunately, due to adverse weather conditions, some children were required to make their designs safe in the warmth inside – but that didn’t hinder their enthusiasm. Keen to ensure the designs did not blow away in the wind, the girls returned indoors and set to work arranging their materials on the classroom floor.

Each girl worked hard to personalise their design and make it really stand out – we think they all did a great job.
