The Dining Hall was egg-wash with tasty looking delights on Thursday last week as The Great Mountie Bake Off made its triumphant return for 2023.
Adorned with an array of large cakes, bitesize bakes and crumbly cookie creations, the tables were set and ready to welcome the judging panel. It was down to the catering team to use their expert knowledge to declare the winners and runners up from each category. To ensure that all bases were covered, categories included cakes, cupcakes and free from, enabling everyone to get involved in the action.
The praise came in thick and fast for all participants, making it a tough decision for the judges
