This afternoon girls in Years 5 and 6 enjoyed a fantastic interactive singing workshop delivered by the Yorkshire Youth Choir. YYC runs two annual residential courses for children aged 10 years and above.

The girls are studying the power of music in their Creative Curriculum, and looking at the work of Paul Harvey and trying to compose a song which creates emotion using four notes. This afternoon will have given them further inspiration!
