The Mount is a very busy school, and sometimes it’s helpful to take a step back from the busyness and the bustle and use a different view point to consider what it is we have achieved, or what impels us. Reflections, our new termly magazine does just that.
This issue reflects on our new College Leadership Team, who are pioneering a new age for College. In the spirit of living adventurously, we reflect on the impact of outdoor learning on our pupils’ development. We also take a look at our Pre-School provision and consider a typical week in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Further up the School, we meet our new Head of College, also Head of History, Michael Spiers and Emma Howell, our new Head of PE, shares her views on the importance of sports for young women.
We hope you enjoy reading this first edition of reflections.
