London Socials, November 2022
Friday 11 November at the and Saturday 12 November at the Royal Over-Seas League, St James.
If you are based in London or the South East, we hope you can join us for the first of many MOSA London Socials. This Social will centre on the Royal Overseas League, St James.
Friday evening is Curry Night at a nearby restaurant, with drinks from 17.30 and sitting down for the meal from 18.30. Tickets are £50 per person including meal and a welcome drink.
Old Scholars are invited to join us for Lunch on Saturday at the Royal Overseas League for Luncheon from 12.00 with a guest speaker. Tickets are £50 per person including meal and a welcome drink.
MOSA REUNION WEEKEND 2023
Friday 5 – Saturday 6 May 2023, in person at The Mount School York
We are delighted to be able to host our annual MOSA Reunion Weekend in person at The Mount on Friday 5 and Saturday 6 May 2023.
We especially look forward to welcoming back Old Scholars who are celebrating their decade, 20-year, 30-year, 40-year, 50-year, 60-year and even 70-year reunions! As always, all Old Scholars who would want to attend the events are most welcome to join us.
Friday 5 May
- 14.00: Exclusive session in the Swimming Pool
- 16.00: Old Scholars v U18 Rounders
- 18.00: Supper at BOSA
Saturday 6 May
- 10.00 – 11.00: Coffee & Croissants in the Dining Room
- 11.00 – 12.00: MOSA Gathering in School Hall (also accessible via Zoom)
- 12.00 – 13.00: Lunch in the Dining Room
- 13.00 – 14.00: Guided Tour with College girls
- 14.00 – 15.00: Community Orchestra in the Music Block
- 15.00: Exclusive screening of a Nobel Legacy Film

The MOSA Gathering is the third meeting of MOSA since management of MOSA was taken in-house in 2020. The Gathering replaces the former annual general meeting (AGM) and is an opportunity for the exchange of ideas amongst the Old Scholar community and the School.
Old Scholars are invited in advance to submit any queries or comments they would like to have raised in the Gathering. Online Discussion: Busting Menopause Myths
Thursday 9 June, 16.00 online. The Mount’s registered nurse, Cindy Magyar, shared online recent research and insights into ‘the change’. The interactive discussion helped viewers to better understand the science of what happens during menopause, and how older women may best navigate their way to optimum health.
