We want to turn your goals into reality. You will receive regular one-to-one bespoke careers advice with staff. Across our staff we have an enviable collective network and regularly put pupils in touch with relevant mentors to actively work towards their career goals and achieve early experience. You’ll walk into interviews with confidence, armed with real-life examples that prove you’re serious about your future.

We’ll give you personalised, expert support with your UCAS application, helping you find your perfect course and get ready and excited for your next big adventure, all while preparing you for interviews and connecting you with top universities.
Oxbridge & Medicine Pathway
You may want to try out for the most competitive universities in the world. We give specific guidance for pupils wishing to apply to Oxbridge or to study medicine, dentistry and veterinary science Staff will sit down with you to discuss your goals and will then put all their resources into high-quality preparation with top advice and second-to-none interview skill drilling.

Apprenticeships & More
University is not everyone’s goal and that’s absolutely fine! We’re experienced in helping girls with all kinds of exciting paths. Whether you’re dreaming of studying overseas, planning a gap year, diving into an apprenticeship, or exploring an Art Foundation course, we can help. We’re here to offer bespoke support and connections.
Mount girls have gone on to do incredible things like voluntary work overseas, working at ski resorts, studying at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), attending Policing College, and Norland College for Early Years’ Childcare Development. More recently, girls have achieved apprenticeships in Business Management at Greencore and Costume Design at The Royal Shakespeare Company. Your journey is unique, and we’re here to help you make it happen!
Short Courses, Big Impact
We host a variety of short courses designed to equip young women with practical study and work skills. We run courses on everything from public speaking, cooking for university, touch typing and budgeting to harnessing AI technology. These are designed to give you the edge in any career. And if you think a course is missing you can have a voice on what new ones should be covered and how they run.
