Year 7 Taster Day – Thursday 23 November 2023

If your daughter doesn’t like exploring, experimenting, entertaining and explaining in small, exciting classes then stop reading. . . .

Otherwise, we’d love her to join us to sample life in Senior School at The Mount at our upcoming Year 7 Taster Day on Thursday 23 November.

Year 6 pupils are invited to join us to experience a day in the life of a Senior School pupil at The Mount. Throughout the day, they will engage in a variety of captivating lessons from different subjects, allowing them to get a taste of the school’s diverse curriculum.

Over lunch, Year 6 will have the chance to connect with current Year 7 pupils, giving them an informal opportunity to ask any questions they have and gain insights about life in the Senior School. This provides them with valuable opportunity to hear from a pupils prospective and to understand the school’s ethos and culture.

In addition pupils will have the chance to explore the beautiful 16 acre campus alongside current pupils, providing them with a firsthand look at the facilities The Mount has to offer.

Parents are also invited to join us at the end of the day to ask any questions they might have about the journey to joining Year 7, ensuring pupils and parents are well-informed and prepared for this important transition.
