Completing the Form
Pupil Information – First, tell us about the pupil who is interested in joining The Mount. Just click ‘add new pupil’ to get started. Once you’ve filled in all their details, click ‘Save’. You can add more pupils if needed, or click next’ to move on.
Enquirer Information – Next, we need some information about you the enquirer. You may be a parent, Agent, or the pupil yourself. Fill in the details and click ‘submit’ when you’re finished.
All done! – Once you have successfully submitted the form you will see a confirmation message, you will also receive a confirmation email. A member of our team will be in touch soon. We look forward to getting to know you!
