British Icons spotted for Red Nose Day

On Friday 18th March, pupils from all year groups took part in ‘Comic Relief’ by dressing up as ‘British Icons’, wearing red, or donating to wear their own clothes for the day.
From a great British cuppa Yorkshire Tea to Winnie the Pooh, and even Harry Hill, the College girls demonstrated their creativity with an extremely impressive and eclectic mix of icons to keep everyone entertained and guessing who they might bump in to next.
Over in Junior School, Year 4 and 5 were equally as inspiring with their costumes as Boudica, Beatrix Potter and Emma Raducanu MBE graced the halls of the Mount School, whilst Year 6 was a sea of red and novelty noses as they got into the spirit of the day and made their donations to the worthy cause.
Each year the money raised by Red Nose Day and Comic Relief supports life changing work, both in the UK and across the world as people come together to make a real difference in the lives of people struggling extremely difficult times.
