The ever-popular annual Great Mountie Bake Off raised hundreds of pounds for York Against Cancer in a dining hall, buzzing with excitement.
Pupils from Pre-school to Sixth Formers spent their weekends baking an assortment of delectable treats, from towering cakes to bite-sized delights. With categories: cakes, cupcakes, and free-from, there was something for everyone to indulge in.
There were over fifty intricate and yummy entries from throughout the school and the catering team and judges had a deliciously difficult time picking the winners. They tasted each entry carefully, judging them on flavour, presentation and creativity. Every entry earned a House point.
Cakes were then auctioned to raise money for our charity. Thank you to all who baked, bid, bought and ate their way through these sumptuous treats!
